The GEOID SPORTS Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) applies to the GEOID SPORTS Site ([ www.geoidsports.com ], the “Site”) and its online services, which are owned and operated by Qingdao Geoid Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. ("GEOID SPORTS”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Policy describes the Personal Information we may collect from you, how we may use your Personal Information, and other important topics relating to your privacy and Personal Information protection. 

Please note that this Site may contain links to digital properties that are owned and operated by other third-party companies. This Policy does not apply to websites and services that are owned and operated by those third parties.

    • We use third-party user behavior andpreference collection/analysis and advertising/marketing tools to provide targeted advertisements.  You can find the list of them in the “entrusted third party” of the Behavior Advertising section below.
  • Wemay share your personal information with third parties in connection with the sale, purchase, merger, reorganization, liquidation or dissolution of us.  If such an event occurs, we will take appropriate steps to protect your Personal Information.
  • We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

Cookies

Minors

We do engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

  • right to erasure/right to be forgotten;
  • right to restriction of processing;

Data Transfers Outside the EEA

We did not sell any Personal Information of you to any third party in the preceding 12 months.
