("GEOID SPORTS”, “we”, “us” or “our”).     • We use third-party user behavior andpreference collection/analysis and advertising/marketing tools to provide targeted advertisements.  You can find the list of them in the “entrusted third party” of the Behavior Advertising section below.
  • Wemay share your personal information with third parties in connection with the sale, purchase, merger, reorganization, liquidation or dissolution of us.  If such an event occurs, we will take appropriate steps to protect your Personal Information.
  • We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

Cookies

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address above to request deletion.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

  • right to restriction of processing;

Data Transfers Outside the EEA

We did not sell any Personal Information of you to any third party in the preceding 12 months.
