Return & Refund Policy

This return & refund policy only applies to the product(s) purchased from GEOID (Qingdao GEOID Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd) official online website (www.geoidsports.com).

You may choose to return the product(s) within 15 days after receipt of the product(s).

The freight cost, duty and tax will be afforded by the buyers during the return processing.

Please keep the cargoes in original packing, all accessories in box, and well packed when returning it.

Refund: The payment will be refunded within 15 days after GEOID receiving product(s) and confirming there is no problem.

Only product cost (without the freight cost) will be refunded.

When the laws and regulations of the region where you are located have dmandatory requirements for refund policy, GEOID agrees to apply these requirements.
